Currently, he is the Business Development Manager of River Niger Dredging Project & Master-Planning of Inland Water Transportation in Nigeria, and Project Director, Haskoning Engineering Consultants and the Project Manager of Prime Consultants to Dredging of Lower River Niger and Construction Works.

Dr. Sam Amadi, the former Executive Chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC). He is a lawyer and an established expert in the area of high level regional and international strategic and policy initiatives in a wide array of institutions both governmental and non-governmental.
He acquired a Ph.D and LL.M in 2004 and 2001 respectively from the prestigious Harvard Law School, Cambridge - Massachusetts. He also holds an M.P.A from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard, Cambridge – Massachusetts.
Dr. Amadi is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), member of the board of directors of the Centre for Law and Social Action, Lagos, and member of the board of directors of the Maldova Foundation – a Washington-based policy Think-Tank for the promotion of socio-political and economic development in Maldova. Wenzel is an OSH professional and lead training specialist on the electrical safety operations and electronic computer systems, covering energy and power sector in Germany. Responsible for providing specialist support on - Safety of high and low voltage generation, transmission, distribution and usage - safety-related control systems in machinery and power plant operations.
Wenzel, started as a senior technician, travelled widely in the UK, Europe and Africa installing, testing and commissioning safety valves and damper actuation and computer control systems for power generation and petro-chemical industries. Due to his expertise, he was promoted to Electrical Design Computer Engineer, responsible for the design, Programming, installation, testing and commissioning of process monitoring and control systems and pumping installations predominantly for energy and power industry, for the purpose of achieving zero incident and injury in the industry.
He also drafted HSE's core guidance on electrical safety and contributed to guidance drafted by industry organisations in the power sector. He has contributed to the committees drafting harmonised standards on machinery safety. He is currently an Executive Director and Board Member of Occupational Safety and Health Association- OSHAssociation UK.

He is certified to NEBOSH UK, International General Certificate with Distinction and holds a certificate in Process Safety Management and Auditing from the Process Improvement Institute, Knoxville, USA. He attended the Senior Management programme (SMP 41) class of the Lagos Business School and was trained in Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA in Corporate Diplomacy: Reputation and Crisis Management. Dr. Oyet is a Harvard trained Management and Leadership Skills for Environmental Health and Safety Professionals. He is an alumnus of Henley's Business School, University of Reading, United Kingdom.
He is the current Head of Environment, Health, Safety, Security and Quality at Oando Downstream. The foremost indigenous Oil and Gas Company, Nigeria. In his role, he manages all regulatory, Security and Government relationships and provide guidance on all EHSSQ strategy and its execution. Dr. Oyet is a Lead Auditor and Management Representative to the following integrated Management Systems (ISO 14001, QMS 9001 AND OHSAS 18001).
